Good news....it's Groundhog Day and Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow which means we are in for an early Spring. That's hard to imagine with the local temperatures around 21º and a wind chill factor hovering around 9º. This was Phil's 125th appearance. He has seen his shadow 98 times and hasn't seen his shadow just 16 times since 1887. Let's hope he is right on this one.
